Each package contains a folded card with hand-mixed confetti. Carefully remove the card from the clear envelope and write your message on both the outside and inside of the card. Slide the card back into the clear envelope with the confetti covering the front of the card. Give the entire package to your recipient and have fun showering them with the confetti (if you'd like)!
